wpesrc: possible race condition in gst_wpe_src_create()

Sometimes the element hits this condition:

g_return_val_if_fail(img != NULL, GST_FLOW_ERROR);

The element should be able to wait for the first valid EGLImage coming from the WPE backend, filling empty buffers in the mean time.
