Switch bugzilla urls to point to gitlab, and working tests

There still couple of bugzilla urls left. The following issues have not migrated to gitlab, and some where closed due to incomplete information.

I would remove the blacklist, but haven't got around testing them yet. So I decided to leave it as a future task.
