media-info: Fix cm5000_hevc_1080i_colorbars.ts framerate

Nicolas Dufresne requested to merge ndufresne/gst-integration-testsuites:h265-framerate-fix into main

Currently the field rate is being stored in the media info, after fixing the parser to immediatly expose the field rate properly, fix the associated media info.
