Windows Installation docs mention %HOMEFOLDER% which does not exist

The Windows installation page lists %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEFOLDER%/.gstreamer-1.0/plugins as a location that GStreamer looks for plugins. Should this be %HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%/...?

As far as I can tell, HOMEFOLDER does not exist. HOMEPATH does, however, and seems to provide the desired utility.
