gstreamer-full: enable features unit test

Stéphane Cerveau requested to merge dabrain34/gst-ci:dab_plugins_element_smart_splitting into master

As gst-build can select features to be exposed by gstreamer-full, the test will check that feature are present or not present according to the current configuration.
