WIP: Initial test jobs

Initial attempt at getting the test-suites running.

  • Adaptive is seems to be passing, except 1 test that occasionally seem to fail, might be a race.
  • ~~Check has ~100 failures~~ !46 (merged)
  • Validate and ges have about ~10 failures combined

I the big majority of the test failures are due to dependencies missing. I didn't had much luck tracking down which ones are not there though.

There's seem to be a bug also that ges requires that `validate has been run before it and does not attempt to fetch the sample files it needs.
