gitlab: Rename all cross jobs to have a cross- prefix

Nirbheek Chauhan requested to merge nirbheek/gst-ci:gitlab-rename-all-cross into master

For consistency, and to differentiate, f.ex., cross-windows jobs from native windows jobs.
