Registering at least one mac in the shared runner pool with the tags, 'gst-macos-10.14' and 'gst-ios-12.2'

Post-merge:

Run a cerbero pipeline on cerbero master to generate the necessary cerbero-deps tarball for faster builds https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/cerbero/pipelines/40573
