The source project of this merge request has been removed.
subprojects: update glib-networking.wrap to use the 2.68 branch
glib-networking fixed some issues when building with older libssl version in the 2.68 release, update the wrap file to use the newer version.
In particular this fixes building on Ubuntu 16.04 with:
meson --wrap-mode=forcefallback
