Fix logo display in macOS installer

Piotr Brzeziński requested to merge thewildtree/cerbero:background-logo-fix into main

Fixes #369 (closed).

Moves logo to the bottom so it's not overlapped by installer's steps anymore. Also adds support for dark mode, as currently when that's active the logo just disappears.

Will post screenshots when CI finishes building.
