ci: Temporarily allow android examples job to fail

The JCenter Maven repository is being shut down:

and the job fails to fetch packages now:

Disable it till someone who knows how to fix it can fix it.

I tried to fix this myself, but I couldn't even get Gradle to work on my system. It probably needs to be updated to a newer version or something.
