libunwind: make sure all pkgconfig files get included in the devel package

Extra dash prevents libunwind.pc from getting included in files_devel.

Cebero devel package is missing libunwind.pc because the pattern "libunwind-*.pc" is used to populate files_devel. This commit changes the pattern to "libunwind*.pc"
