Upgrade various recipes: gettext, expat, ffmpeg, flac, freetype, libcroco, libogg, libtasn1, libunwind, libxml2, mpg123, openjpeg, opus, pixman, speex, tiff
These were the trivial ones to upgrade. Other recipes need more work to be upgraded
