Fedora 30 support
I'm not sure if 1.16 CI is working yet for backports, but I thought I'd ppen a merge request for this since the original commit was pushed without a merge request and this will slip through the cracks otherwise.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
