libkate.recipe: fix build failure in tools we don't need

Don't build tools, tests or docs. We don't need them and don't ship them anyway, but some of the tools can cause build failures.

Fixes #142 (closed).

(Don't think it makes sense to patch configure.ac to add options for this)
