cerbero-uninstalled: Add missing dependencies on Arch Linux

On a freshly installed Arch Linux image building gstreamer fails because ./cerbero-uninstalled bootstrap doesn't install which and libpulse, dependencies for spandsp and gst-plugins-good respectively.
