cerbero: Don't cache the output of shell.ls_files()

Pointed out by Andoni on IRC:

<ylatuya[m]> for example build --missing-files uses ls_files before starting and finally updates it
<ylatuya[m]> this is how it knows what changed before and after the recipe was built
