Small but important VS changes

Nirbheek Chauhan requested to merge nirbheek/cerbero:vs-changes into master

  1. Print the Visual Studio version being used, both to signal that the variant was correctly enabled and to print which version is actually being used in case the user has multiple versions installed

  2. Change the package name used on Windows to replace 'windows' with 'mingw' or 'msvc'.

  3. Add a screenshot that shows which workloads to enable when installing Visual Studio.
