Improve CSS/UX of the dashboard

Hello, I spent some time fix the styles for all templates, we also have a nice navbar now. Compared to where we were before this is a huge improvement, but I feel it is just the start if we get web people to help out more here as the project grows. See the screenshot of the new UX below:
