Revert "mesa-ci-status: automatically retry on transient errors"

This reverts commit 59d657f8.

The transient error is not available on the current version of python-gitlab lib used by this project, and there is a bug that preventing us updating it, see: https://github.com/python-gitlab/python-gitlab/pull/2457

Revert this commit until this fix gets relased. There is a realease of python-gitlab every 28th of the month, so it won't take long, but revert it for now so we can get the daily report running again.
