hotfix: etl: Revert "etl: Fix time key for objects"

Guilherme Gallo requested to merge gallo/mesa-performance-tracking:revert-key-dupes-feature into master

This reverts commit e2e8618d.

After implementing the upsert without duplication feature (by tweaking the time keys for InfluxDB), the ci-quality-stats jobs began failing.

The root cause is still under investigation, so this non-critical fix is being reverted to restore the previous stable state for the CI Quality Stats dashboard.
