readme: Add in-depth information about system architecture

This merge request updates the README.md with improved clarity and structure, along with additional visual assets. Key changes include:

  • Add a System Architecture section with a Mermaid diagram to illustrate the data flow from GitLab to Grafana.
  • Reorganize the introduction and overview for better readability.
  • Include the Automation section, detailing the CI/CD pipelines, job triggers, and performance alerts.
  • Include a section for extra scripts used for monitoring and alerts.
