etl/ci-quality: Decrease marge-stats bucket cardinatily

• Turn unit_test tag into field: to reduce cardinality
• Extract the failure reason during the unit_test failure collation
• Use a dict approach when trying several approaches to extract data to avoid duplicating the unit tests in the bucket
• Update the flakes dashboard with the changes and update its visualization
