improve filtering and other refinements

Filtering now can do hosts and builds. There need to be thought some way for suggesting it over the ui but it is possible now anyway. Filters are now on url so they can be bookmarked. ctrl+f seemed to confuse several users. vis.js now grabs ctrl+f for filter box, default behavior anyway is completely useless on pages with vis.js. Fixed colors and created pattern for skip image. Some small fixes.
