Add documentation to project via GitLab pages

@mupuf These patches enabled building project documentation via CI and using GitLab pages.

I've added a lot of documentation for the replication process, though there is still more to add. I think it's at the point though that it should be deployed, and it will be an ongoing process, adding to and improving said documentation.
