templates/base: add auto theme button
On Firefox theme switcher was broken because the "auto" theme button (which is required for bootstrap's theme/color toggler) was missing. It worked on google chrome somehow.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
