rest_views: add documentation to comparison api endpoint
Provide REST API for comparison, I've restricted it to only logged users so anonym cannot access this endpoint as it can send emails.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
