static/js/helpers: include visibility of columns in url link

Include visibility status of columns in link, this would allow to quickly share specific table views. It should work especially well with previous commit (#af5f5b32) that added functionaltiy to copy links of cards.

It's basically copy of !103 (closed) (because CI wont' run on fork without some privileges: link)
