README: use Piglit format v1 in config example

Guillaume Tucker requested to merge gtucker/cibuglog:readme-piglit-v1 into master

There is only one version of the Piglit results format, using "2" as the version causes an error to import the results. To avoid this unexpected issue when following the instructions in the README.md, use version 1 in the config file example instead.
