Importing results to CIBugLog can be really slow if number of recenlty
archived filters (archived in last 180 days) is big. In my case about
27k archived filters where matched against unknwon failures for about
5min. One solution would be to prevent that with hard limit of 1k
archived filters. Fortunatelly @mupuf noticed the reson why the number
of recently archived filters is so big, there is bug which results in
matching all but not recenlty archived filters, fixing that should speed
up importing by a significant factor.
