Third fix about build job failures.

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:bugfix_stop_after_report_build_jobs_fail into main

Working to resolve a problem when 'build jobs' fail (!77 (merged) and !82 (merged)) we moved the problem to a different place. The exit that happens when one 'build job' fails, should happen when all of them are collected and reported in an issue.
