Protection to close the uprev failed issue.

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:bugfix_save_close_issue into main

When closing the issue due to a previously failed uprev because now it's solved, the gitlab server can return an exception. This change catches this exception and reports so the tool can continue its duties.
