Format convert failure information collated

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:review_collate_subcommand into main

The output of the collate subcommand was not user friendly and it didn't work also due to a syntax error. With this change we recover this funtionality and provide usefull information to the user.

This is part of the issue 41 to provide a expectations update patch from any pipeline.
