Review Mesa's jobs

Sergi Blanch Torné requested to merge sergi/ci-uprev:review_mesa_jobs_naming into main

Due to several changes in MesaCI, the classification of the jobs got broken. The usage of the stage lost meaning as some were split into multiple stages, besides there can't be job name collisions.

So, the YAML file with all the known xfiles location has been reviewed with the Mesa CI files and the key word doesn't need to use the stage anymore.

Also, introduced a feature that is already in ci-collate to interpret the root job name without the sharding numbering, neither the full suffix.
