Bugfix lima mali540 xfiles
From mesa/mesa!30687 (comment 2538523), ´lima-mali540-piglit` is failing (pipeline 1253526 jobs lima mali540-piglit 1/2 and lima mali540-piglit 2/2 because this tool is not writing the right expectation files.
