gitlab-trigger: hardcode b2c runner files branch

While this is not upstream, we need to take it from a well known branch.

Additionally, take the chance to do wget downloads less verbose and place the runner files into the pipeline container so only the job creating the initial pipeline container needs to do any kind of download.
