ansible/vpdu: use prebuilt edk2 files from Arch instead of the Fedora package

The Fedora build seems to no longer include PXE booting anymore, so let's use a fixed copy of the Arch one instead.

As a side effect, we are now saving 30sec in the integration test because the Fedora build doesn't have the 5sec wait that the Arch build has.
