executor: unhardcode the boot process for PXE/iPXE

This makes it possible for users to alter the boot process in their farms, without needing to patch the executor \o/

As a bonus, it enables HTTP boot support (assuming your firmware is okay booting from HTTP and not HTTPS), and Raspberry Pi support!
