vivian: show boot logs by default

Martin Roukala requested to merge vivian_boot_logs_by_default into master

Rather than having to document how to access the boot logs, let's display them by default, then switch to the SSH-based console when the SSH server becomes available. This makes debugging boot issues easier, and is part of the "let's have sane defaults".

It is still possible to override the console target for use cases that require it.
