Makefile/ipxe-dut-clients: generate more generic iPXE builds, and add more supported platforms

These changes make no functional differences on their own, as the generated binaries are not used by CI nor locally. They however were used to generate the iPXE binaries used in !258 (merged), and as such, I would like to merge this series before it.
