ansible/pacman_install: update full name for pacman module

This module is now part of the community.general collection (version 6.0.1). Updating accordingly.

The warning message is:

[DEPRECATION WARNING]: community.general.packaging.os.pacman has been 
deprecated. You are using an internal name to access the 
community.general.pacman modules. This has never been supported or documented, 
and will stop working in community.general 9.0.0. This feature will be removed 
from community.general in version 9.0.0. Deprecation warnings can be disabled 
by setting deprecation_warnings=False in ansible.cfg.
