dashboard.py: back to refresh every 2 sec

Ana Guerrero requested to merge ana/valve-infra:refresh_2_seconds into master

The former scripts were refreshing every two secs and when changing to the interactive dashboard moved to every second. After some testing, two second is still enought without the interactive dashboard looking slow.
