vivian: don't wait forever for ssh

clayton craft requested to merge craftyguy/valve-infra:vivian-ssh-timeout into master

this times out after 5 minutes, which is especially useful if vivian is running in a CI and qemu has problems running / ssh doesn't come up. I chose 5 minutes since it can take some time to pull an image over a slower connection, but 5 minutes may be too aggressive for some situations...
