dashboard: single dashboard with boxes redesign

tmux will only launch a single python script dashboard.py with a redesign of the dashboard, now using boxes and including network and services. In case the REST API isn't working or the information of the machines and pdus can't be requested, there is a degraded mode showing the error message in the PDUs box while keeping the networking and services boxes.
