re-enable firewalling in infra container

clayton craft requested to merge craftyguy/valve-infra:firewall into master

Re-enable the firewall, but not with DNS whitelisting as previously attempted. This enables the firewall and blocks all outbound traffic except to HTTP(S), NTP, and DNS.

Some of the config was also refreshed to support the latest changes to the config since the firewall was last enabled
