gfxinfo: make the pip package more standalone

Martin Roukala requested to merge gfxinfo_with_marketing_names into master

Samuel Pitoiset has expressed interest in the project for the vk-cts-image project where he would need the marketing name of the gpu based on its pciid.

Rather than having to re-implement part of the scripts, I proposed that he would use gfxinfo after adding such feature. This is the MR that should bring us what he needs.

This will also benefit valve-infra, as we will soon be able to expose the marketing name of the GPU.
