make running locally a CI job a one-command thing
currently we need to:
- open the job log
- scroll to the b2c job description
- copy that into a file
- figure out what job(s) that job downloaded artifacts from
- find these jobs
- download their artifacts, extract locally
- remember and run
executorctl
with all the arguments to run that job description with these artifacts
This is not as easy to do as it should be, so let's try to script everything, so that the user ends up having to only point executorctl run-locally
to the job url, and the script itself reads the job description and figures out what jobs' artifacts are used and fetches them automatically.
