salad install fails during integration test/ansible provison

copying @mupuf's comment in !330 (merged) to a new issue so that any follow-up isn't missed 😄

FYI, the vivian+ansible thing doesn't work for me (salad fails to install), but I'm sure you'll figure it out :)
