Draft: Add new ExpectationsProcessor tests without mocks

Testing with real data is always better than just mocking everything.

Copy broadcom-rpi3-*.txt files from mesa repository and use them to test the ExpectationsProcessor class.

The new test also passes the type checking.

Add the test data files to the codespell ignore list as they might contain words that won't pass the spell checking. (like lod)
