root name for jobs with arch suffix

The job name was filtered to extract a root name that excludes the sharding number and the -fullsuffix. But there are samples that have an architecture tag after the job name, and this -full suffix is not really at the end of the string.

This proposal handles this case, when, after the job name, there is a : with an architecture, to correctly extract the root name of the job.

This includes removing from the yml structure the jobs with this -full.
